FAQ
How do I find what percent one number is of another?
Use the 'what percent' mode: result = part ÷ whole × 100%. For example, 20 is about 13.3% of 150.
How is percent change calculated?
Use the 'percent change' mode: result = (new − old) ÷ old × 100%. Positive is an increase, negative a decrease.
Can it calculate discounts?
Yes. Use 'percent of' for the discounted amount, or 'percent change' to see how much a price dropped.
